Founded by brothers Shiro and Shaunak, Rauniar Investments are a real estate developer based in Hale, Cheshire, UK. We source, structure, finance, develop, and manage real estate projects in the North West and have set up joint venture (JV) agreements with equity partners whose funds are ring fenced in their own special purpose vehicle (SPV).

We are a family run office that has undertaken over £47m in Gross Development Value (GDV) of commercial and residential projects. Combining a wealth of experience from our directors, partners and consultants we strive to consistently deliver successful returns to our diverse network base of institutional investors as well as joint venture partners.

What We DO

We focus on acquiring and developing multi-unit projects across the North West delivering high-quality schemes. We have a pipeline of commercial and residential developments and actively seek opportunities to acquire freehold and leasehold stock.

Shiro Rauniar

Shiro has over 13 years of property industry experience and offers a valuable combination of commercial and residential development knowledge.

Early in his career, he worked in numerous sales roles specialising in off plan investment sales to UK and overseas clients. He then worked for a large property developer refurbishing almost the entire portfolio single handedly as well as digitising the business management.

After co-founding Rauniar Investments, Shiro rapidly built up his skill set delivering high quality schemes across the North West.

Shiro has spoken at various events throughout the UK and hosted the HMO Group Manchester events for several years in Manchester, the busiest HMO Group on Facebook.

Shaunak Rauniar

With over 8 years of experience in the property industry, Shaunak co founded Rauniar Investments after graduating from Manchester Metropolitan University with a degree in International Business.

He began his journey running a small retail business whilst studying for his degree. He then worked in various estate agency roles managing multiple properties for clients as well as growing his own property portfolio with Shiro.

After his graduation, he started a letting agency specialising in Houses of Multiple Occupation (HMO) managing numerous property portfolios for local, national and international investors.

Shaunak’s proficiencies in operations and technology helps the company towards successful project delivery.
